Business IT services in Ma'alot-Tarshiha
IT support, office networks and Wi-Fi, and backup for businesses in Ma'alot-Tarshiha, Kfar Vradim and the Tefen industrial park.
Ma'alot-Tarshiha is a hill town in the Western Galilee, next to Kfar Vradim and the Tefen industrial park, home to dozens of companies. There are industrial and metal plants here, alongside offices, clinics and small businesses.
The Tefen industrial park and employment zones
In a plant the network has to reach the floor, and sometimes the production equipment. We separate the office network from the production network, set up a backup to a server or a NAS, and document everything.
Offices and home businesses
When the business and the home share the same router, the work computer sits on the same network as the TV and the kids' phones. We separate the business network, set up automatic backup and two-factor authentication, so a fault on a home device does not reach your clients' files.
Questions we hear a lot
Do you also come to Kfar Vradim and Tefen?
Yes. To Ma'alot-Tarshiha, Kfar Vradim, the Tefen industrial park and the communities around them.
I work from home in Kfar Vradim. Is this for me too?
Yes. A business run from home needs the same basics as an office: backup, two-factor authentication on email, and a network that keeps the business computers apart from the rest of the house.
It starts with an office survey
We come over, check backups, updates, Wi-Fi and permissions, and leave a written list of what we found. After the survey we send a written quote. Tell us how many employees you have and what is annoying, and we will get back to you within one business day.
A monthly retainer is cancelled with 30 days notice. The user accounts, passwords and network documentation belong to the business. Leaving us? You get everything, in order.
