Business IT services in Kiryat Shmona
IT support, networks and cloud backup for businesses in Kiryat Shmona and the Galilee Panhandle: the industrial zones and the city center. Work from anywhere.
Kiryat Shmona is the largest city in the Galilee Panhandle, with two industrial zones, in the north of the city and at its southern entrance, and Tel-Hai Academic College.
A business that works from anywhere
In October 2023 about 90% of the city's residents were evacuated, according to the State Comptroller's report, and businesses had to run themselves far from the office. A business whose files sit on one computer in the office gets stuck. A business whose email, files and backup are in the cloud keeps working from anywhere. That is what we build: Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, cloud backup, and secure remote access.
The industrial zones
In a factory the network has to reach the floor, and sometimes the production equipment. We separate the office network from the production network, and document everything so the passwords stay with you.
Questions we hear a lot
Do you really come to Kiryat Shmona?
Yes. Most issues are solved over a remote connection, and when hands are needed we come to the office, as everywhere in the north. We also come to the Galilee Panhandle communities.
How does a business keep working when no one can get to the office?
When email, files and backup are in the cloud and remote access is secure, you can work from any computer. That is set up in advance, not on the day you need it.
It starts with an office survey
We come over, check backups, updates, Wi-Fi and permissions, and leave a written list of what we found. After the survey we send a written quote. Tell us how many employees you have and what is annoying, and we will get back to you within one business day.
A monthly retainer is cancelled with 30 days notice. The user accounts, passwords and network documentation belong to the business. Leaving us? You get everything, in order.
